接坯機用途為接取制板機扯下的板坯，經(jīng)縱向切割、橫向切割后將板坯切割為產(chǎn)品尺寸后輸送到堆垛工位 下，并完成吸坯工序。接坯機按其功能由接坯段、定位段、縱切段及橫切段等組成，接坯段帶有張緊裝置，定位段、縱切段和橫切段輸送帶都采用導(dǎo)向條防止輸送帶跑偏，輸送帶傳動系統(tǒng)均采用變頻調(diào)速。
